  There is nothing nice to say about this store, I have place two orders and both times there have been issues. The first time the balloon was never sent with the arrangement and unless I had asked the recipient I would never had known. Though the store did refund the cost of the balloon when I called. I thought I would give them a second chance and boy I wish I hadn't, the fruit basket sent to my father for his birthday had fruit that was no longer good in the arrangement, the grapes were soggy and the chocolate covered strawberries had a smell to them. Contacted customer service a week ago and have yet to hear back. Steer clear of this store!
